BRC Global For Food Safety
The BRc Global Standard for Food Safety is a certification standard that contains “Dangers and Critical Control Analysis” according to the Codex Alimentarius’s requirements. This is a documented quality management system, that allows controlling the environmental conditions of the facilities, products processes, and employees.
This standard has been developed to help distributors in the compliance of their legal obligations in regards to food safety.
